Our namesake Hybrid session was inspired by the ever changing fitness racing industry. This session is designed to be a longer workout, testing your endurance and grit!

Choose from a solo slug or a partner workout, depending on your mood and capabilities. There is always the option to upscale or downscale the workout and the movements involved, making this a great workout for all fitness levels!

You will need your running shoes for this workout, as there is always typically some kind of run involved. However, if you’re not a runner or are currently sporting an injury that limits you - don’t fret! There are options for non-runners that will still give you a great workout!
