  • Pre-Teens Fitness

    These sessions are designed for children aged 7 - 12 years and are developed and lead by our qualified and experienced coaches. These sessions are structured in a way that helps kids build full-body strength to optimise bone and joint health. While also focusing on building aerobic capacity for a healthy heart and mind. We also incorporate games and skill work to help improve co-ordination, team building and social skills. Our pre-teens fitness typically run in line with the school term.

  • Teens Strength & Conditioning

    These sessions are developed for 13 - 17 year olds looking to optimise their health and/or athletic performance. Participants will learn how to move effectively and efficiently through resistance training exercises, as well as how to pace and execute conditioning workouts to maximise their performance. These sessions are typically run in 6-week blocks and include three weekly sessions.

  • Gymnastics

    Learn to master all of your favourite gymnastics skills, under the watchful eye of our talented, knowledgeable and experienced gymnastics specialist, Kip Kemei. These sessions are typically offered in 4-week blocks and will focus on specified skills during each block.

  • Outdoor Conditioning

    For those of you who love to train outdoors! Our Outdoor Conditioning blocks are great for people who love to train with a bit more of a sports specific vibe. Think “bootcamp” meets “sports training”.

  • 21, 50 & 75 Day Challenges

    These challenges are add-ons specifically available to existing members. Here we focus on dialing in our nutrition, performance and recovery to achieve aesthetic or performance goals. As well as learning how to maintain these changes for the long-term.

  • Personal Training
