This class is perfect for beginners through to well-conditioned athletes. Build or progress your complete athletic ability with this extremely versatile class. You’ll learn to move a barbell with exceptional technique, develop skills such as skipping and rope climbs, gain exposure to various gymnastics movements and much more!

Our Functional Strength & Conditioning classes will typically follow a three phase format:

Strength or Skill Work - Typically barbell or gymnastics progressions (i.e. back squats, bench press, pull ups, toes-to-bar, etc).

Accessories - Lighter resistance training movements which help develop muscle and healthy joints.

Metabolic Conditioning - A workout which involves a range of movements including strength, fitness and/or skills.

With some of the best coaches in the industry, this class in a no-brainer for anyone looking to become the best version of themselves in the most supportive atmosphere!
