MONDAY - FRIDAY: 5AM, 8AM & 5PM

This class is simple in nature but extremely effective in improving your cardiovascular fitness. Each session is different but each week follows the same weekly:

Monday: Run Day
Here we work on various running intervals and typically finish with some core accessories. Not a runner? No problem! You can still join this class by subbing out the run for a stationary bike ride.

Tuesday: Gun Show
We kick off this day with some machine based intervals (rower, ski, bike, etc), followed by some upper body resistance training. The weights based movements in these sessions are relatively light and designed to keep joints and ligaments healthy to support your training.

Wednesday: Lungbuster
This is typically a long, tough workout that gets your heart racing and sweat dripping. We utilise a mix of machine based cardio, running, burpees and other bodyweight movements. These sessions always have ample scaling options available to ensure any level of athlete can complete the workout.

Thursday: Booty Fit
Today we focus on strengthening our legs. We typically kick off our session with some cardio based intervals, followed by some weighted lower body accessories.

Friday: F*#cked Up Friday
These sessions will usually involve a mix of cardio machines, running, kettlebells and/or dumbbell movements. It’s a longer workout that is usually completed with a partner for an extra bit of fun to round out the week.
